Son Nguyen

Son Nguyen is an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in end-user support, desktop services, and mobility solutions. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager for the Brock Group since August 2019, Son manages support for 3,500 end users across various locations in the US and Canada, oversees an outsourced IT Service Desk, and leads a desktop support team, focusing on desktop management and software deployment. Previously, Son held multiple roles at Charming Charlie from October 2013 to August 2019, including leading a team responsible for Microsoft technologies and end-user computing. Earlier experience includes managing desktop services at MHMRA of Harris County and providing desktop support at UnitedHealthcare. Son's technical foundation is supported by an Associate's degree in Computer Technology from the Microcomputer Technology Institute.
