Kanny Rodriguez-Reyes

Kanny Rodriguez-Reyes, PHR, has a diverse background in human resources. They most recently served as the Interim Director of People and Culture at K, starting in April 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant. From 2016 to 2019, Kanny worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Marymount Manhattan College. Before that, they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Doe Fund from 2014 to 2016. Their earliest HR role was as a Human Resources Coordinator at Yager Esthetics | Estética™ from 2011 to 2014.

Kanny Rodriguez-Reyes, PHR, received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Manhattan College from 2008 to 2012. In 2013, they obtained a SHRM Human Resources Management Certificate from Pace University. Additionally, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in March 2020.
