Krystin Hernandez (they/them/theirs) earned their J.D. from the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law, where they participated in the Family Law Practice Clinic. During law school they interned at Juvenile Law Center, Advancement Project, Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem, and Movement for Family Power. Prior to law school they worked as a college access counselor in Washington Heights and Harlem. Krystin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College, where they majored in Political Science and Media Studies and minored in Sociology.
