Patricia Margaret Mary O’Neill

Patricia (she/her/hers) earned her J.D. from Tulane University School of Law, where she clerked with the Orleans Public Defenders, worked as a legal policy fellow for the Human Rights Campaign, was a student attorney for the Tulane Law Domestic Violence Clinic, and served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Tulane Journal of Law & Sexuality. She holds a Bachelor's in Political Science from Tulane University.
