Lin McGarry has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lin McGarry obtained a BA Hons degree in French and Spanish from the University of Birmingham in the years 1981 to 1985. Lin then earned a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from Richmond Adult Community College from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Lin studied Primary Education at St Mary's University, Twickenham, completing a PGCE in 2003 to 2004. In 1983 to 1984, they attended the University of Lyon 2 France, where they achieved a 2:2 degree in DEUG.
