Emma Monos is a skilled outpatient therapist and in-home therapy clinician at The Brookline Center for Community Mental Health, providing culturally responsive therapy to families under the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative in Massachusetts. With experience as a marriage and family therapy intern at Strategic Solutions Therapy, Emma has conducted couple and family therapy, and has also served as a graduate assistant at Fairfield University, offering academic support to undergraduate students. Prior to these roles, Emma worked as a counselor/advocate at SafeHouse Center, supporting survivors of domestic violence, and held administrative positions at Hobbs+Black Architects and Macy's, where leadership and management skills were developed. Emma holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Communication from the University of Connecticut.
