Kelly Madden is an accomplished healthcare administrator with extensive experience in behavioral health operations and administration. Currently serving as the Director of Administration at The Brookline Center for Community Mental Health since July 2024, Kelly previously held the position of Director of Operations for Behavioral Health at UMass Memorial Health - Harrington, where the oversight of multiple sites resulted in over $12 million in annual revenue. With a strong background managing large teams, Kelly has directed operations for nonprofit organizations, including serving as Executive Director at Inperium Management Services, Inc., and Chief Administrative Officer at North American Family Institute, overseeing a workforce of 1,500 across 150 locations. Kelly holds an MBA and a BS in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
