Tayah McCollum serves as an Intake Coordinator at The Brookline Center for Community Mental Health and a Community Residential Counselor at McLean Hospital since both roles began in late 2022 and early 2023, respectively. Previously, Tayah held the position of Lead Counselor and Qualified Paraprofessional of Mental Health at Tree of Life Family Services LLC, providing training on functional skills and health management for children and adolescents. Tayah's early experience includes a research assistant role at Syracuse University College of Arts and Sciences, serving in the ADHD Lifetime Treatment, Education, and Research Lab, as well as a Team Supervisor at The Barnes Center at the Arch Health Promotion, overseeing peer educators. Early career roles also include serving as a camp counselor at Congressional School and working as a telemarketer at Syracuse University. Tayah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Psychology from Syracuse University College of Arts and Sciences in 2021.
