Tejal Shah

Tejal Shah is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in population health analysis and epidemiology. Currently serving as a Senior Population Health Analyst at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, Tejal leads the implementation of the Healthy Planet application of Epic Systems and is a core team member for Epic’s Ambulatory application. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Data Manager, where responsibilities included leading projects for quality tools, data validation, and performance improvement activities, as well as Epidemiological Data Analyst, focused on developing neighborhood health profiles and managing projects related to readmission predictions. Tejal also has experience as a Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins University, Medical Officer at SevenHills Healthcity and Asian Heart Institute, and Medical Writer/Reviewer at PharmEDGE. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Earthinators Climate School.
