Lloyd Blackwood is a highly experienced individual who has worked in the field of engineering for over three decades. With a background in electrical engineering, Lloyd has held various positions such as Distribution Engineer and Manager of High Voltage & Meter Testing Services. Currently, as a Project Manager at Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation, Lloyd utilizes their expertise to oversee projects and provide valuable advice on easement procurement issues. Prior to this, Lloyd served as a Project Engineer at Y.P. Seaton & Associates Ltd. Lloyd's educational background includes a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
