Rich Williams

Rich Williams serves as the Director of Operations and Director of Knowledge Management at The Brooks Group, which specializes in customized sales and sales management training programs. Prior to this role, Rich worked at Charles Aris, Inc. as the Director of Training and Development, focusing on search and recruitment to enhance talent acquisition across various industries. Rich also held the position of Chief Aviation Electronics Technician in the U.S. Navy for over two decades. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Columbia College and an Associate of Science in Management from City University of Seattle.
