Richard Liles

Account Manager at The Brooks Group

As the Client Engagement Support Specialist, Richard’s role is to manage the successful delivery of client training and engagements while demonstrating a positive disposition, flexibility, customer focus, and a strong sense of accountability. Richard serves as one of the project managers for The Brooks Group Open Enrollment Events.

Richard is also responsible for handling all inbound leads received from customers and prospects. In doing so, he acts as a liaison between prospects and The Brooks Group.

Richard attended East Carolina University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. During his time at ECU, he was a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity where he continously worked with the recruiting team. Upon graduating, Richard began a career in sales and customer service, and has used that experience to help support the client experience team.
