Sandy Edwards Boul

Sandy Edwards Boul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client support and technical training. Currently serving as a Client Experience Technical Liaison at The Brooks Group since 2013, Sandy is responsible for developing training materials, troubleshooting client-facing software, and managing an LMS. Previous experience includes a role at Furnitureland South, Inc. where training was provided on software applications and the creation of manuals. Earlier positions include a Computer Trainer at Exclaim and an Office Manager at CCL Engineering, Inc. Sandy holds a Master’s degree in Liberal Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Guilford College, and an Associate degree in Communications from Fullerton College.
