Taylor O'Neill

Taylor O'Neill is an accomplished Chief Development Officer with extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising and development strategies. Currently serving as CDO at The Brookwood Community since October 2025, Taylor previously held the same title at Faith In Practice and was the Director of Major Gifts at Memorial Hermann Health System. At the University of Houston, Taylor excelled as the Director of Advancement, achieving annual fundraising goals exceeding $15M and managing a portfolio of 125 donors and prospects. Early career experiences include Program Center Manager roles at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, where Taylor successfully coached teams and managed telethon programs for major universities. Taylor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Government with a Business minor from The University of Texas at Austin.
