Gabriela Madsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2004, they worked as a Loan Advisor for Retirees at Santander Bank, N.A., where they provided customer service, assisted retired clients with personal loan options, and addressed inquiries. From 2006 to 2007, Gabriela held a Consulting Intern role at Federação das Indústrias do Estado de São Paulo (FIESP), where they gathered data, developed job descriptions, and measured production and waste. As an independent freelancer from 2012 to 2014, they worked as a translator, specializing in technical terms within the pump industry and adapting contracts from Portuguese to English. Following that, Gabriela joined The Brothers that just do Gutters in 2015. Gabriela first served as a Production Coordinator until 2017, then transitioned to an Administrative Office Manager role until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Executive Account Manager & Business Coach, and they are currently in the role of Director of Franchise Support.

Gabriela Madsen has pursued their education in the field of Business Administration and Management. From 2011 to 2013, they obtained their Bachelor's degree at Mount Saint Mary College. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from 2013 to 2015. Gabriela specialized in Business Administration and Management, with a specific focus on Accounting and Business/Management during their MBA program. All of their educational experiences were completed at Mount Saint Mary College.
