Ulrike Little has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at The Brown Hotel since November 2005. Prior to this role, Ulrike held the position of Head Bartender and Supervisor at The Regent Hotel in New York City from May 2001 to January 2004.
