Niyah Floyd

Niyah Floyd is a skilled project coordinator currently employed at The Brownstone Group since January 2023, following a project management internship at the University of Houston where successful research and implementation of a customized golf cart lock and security system were achieved. Previous experience includes a strategy consultant internship with PwC, Paragon One, and the Latino Education Advancement Foundation, focused on program impact analysis and reporting best practices. Niyah also served as an admissions representative at The University of Texas at San Antonio, enhancing application efficiency through Salesforce, and held supervisory roles at Starbucks and Baskin Robbins, implementing training programs and managing workflow. Niyah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
