Prior to this, Subha was the founder/CEO of Digital Confluent, a boutique digital consulting firm that provides end-to-end support from digital strategy to execution. With experience in various roles like Director of Performance Marketing & CRM at Ganni A/S, Founder of NoshyCircle, Global Head of Customer Acquisition at Reiss, and Global Head of Paid Media at ASOS.com, Subha brings a wealth of expertise in digital marketing and business development. Subha is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Strategy and Innovation at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, adding to their already impressive educational background in MBA in Marketing and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce.
