Edouard Cuilhe is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Buccini/Pollin Group since October 2022, Edouard previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Seritage Growth Properties from March 2021 to September 2022. Prior to that, Edouard was Senior Vice President, Controller and Corporate Finance at SL Green Realty Corp. for five years. Edouard's career commenced at EY, where a role as Senior Manager in Assurance and Advisory Business Services focused on Telecommunications and Real Estate spanned nearly nine years. Edouard began the professional journey as Audit Senior at Aronson LLC, specializing in real estate. Edouard holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University and a French high school Scientific Baccalauréat from College de Juilly.
