Rajiv Patel

Rajiv Patel, MD, MBA, FACP, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bluestone Physician Services since May 2023. Patel has held various leadership roles, including Board Member at Places for People, Inc., the American Academy of Home Care Medicine, The Buddy Fund, HarmonyCares, and Sunshine Health. From November 2021 to April 2023, Patel was President of Health Care Enterprises Provider Strategy at Centene Corporation, overseeing several portfolio companies and leading virtual care and rural strategy initiatives. Previously, Patel held the position of Chief Executive Officer at US Medical Management and Visiting Physicians Association, and served as Interim Chief Executive Officer at Community Medical Group. Educational credentials include an MBA in Health Care Administration from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and an MD from Saba University School of Medicine.
