Kate Shoss

Kate Shoss has a diverse background in marketing and communications. Kate began their career as a Legal Assistant at The Law Office of Thomas M. Flanagan in 2001. From there, they transitioned to the role of Marketing and Healthcare Assistant at RTKL Associates in 2002. In 2003, they became a Membership Recruitment Coordinator at the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization. Kate joined ARC Architectural Resources Cambridge in 2004 and held various roles including Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and eventually Senior Associate and Director of Marketing. Their extensive experience at ARC lasted until 2017 when they moved to Bulfinch as Vice President and Director of Marketing. At Bulfinch, they were responsible for leading marketing and communications efforts. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Senior Vice President and continued to play a key role in strengthening the Bulfinch brand.

Kate Shoss attended The Ethel Walker School from 1993 to 1997. Kate then went on to the University of Vermont from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major was English, and they had a minor in Studio Art.
