Robert Waters started their work experience in 2009 as an Assistant Director of Maintenance at Hunt Military Communities. Robert then worked as a Building Engineer at Boston Properties from 2015 to 2017. After that, they joined C&W Services as a Building Engineer from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are working at Bulfinch since November 2019, starting as a Lead Engineer and now serving as the Chief Engineer.
Robert Waters has a diverse education history. Robert obtained a Certificate in Facilities Management from Boston University, with a duration of study that is ongoing until 2022. Prior to that, they attended The Peterson School for HVAC Controls and Energy Management from 2017 to 2018. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued HVAC/R at the Kaplan Career Institute-Boston. In addition to their formal education, Waters has obtained several certifications. Robert obtained the MA Fireman 2nd Class certification from the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services in June 2023. Robert also obtained the OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Safety and Health certification from OSHA in September 2021. Furthermore, they have a Hot Work Safety Certificate from NFPA, obtained in June 2018, and an OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety and Health certification from OSHA, obtained in November 2011. It is unclear whether they have obtained the MA Refrigeration Technician License or the MA Wastewater Operator Industrial Grade 2 certification, as the obtained month and year for these certifications are not provided.
