Bob Maldonado

Bob Maldonado has over 20 years of work experience in various roles in the restaurant industry. Bob started their career at Bravo Restaurants in 1999 as the Director of Human Resources and Training, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, they joined Shamrock Management Group as an Area Director for a year and a half. Since 2015, they have served as the Managing Director at Buona Companies.

Bob Maldonado has a Master's degree in Instructional Design from Purdue University.
