Joanne Pasternak

Joanne Pasternak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational management and financial growth strategies. Currently serving as Area Coach at The Buona Companies since July 2021, Joanne previously held the position of DM at Buca di Beppo from August 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities included identifying growth opportunities and overseeing marketing program development. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Dell Rhea's, where Joanne focused on turning around a family business, and Divisional Operations Manager at Mullen's, managing P&L and implementing training programs.
