Rob Spooner

Rob Spooner has extensive experience in management and education, currently serving as Manager at The Buona Companies since July 2015. Previous roles include Assistant General Manager at Italio, where responsibilities involved daily inventory management, cash handling, and staff supervision. At Mariano’s Fresh Market, Rob focused on customer service and inventory rotation in the BBQ area. A significant portion of Rob’s career was spent at Tinley Park Park District as Canyon Cafe Manager, overseeing inventory, staff schedules, and hiring processes. In the education sector, Rob has served as a Special Education Teacher and Long Term Substitute Teacher, emphasizing individualized education plans and student management. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in History with a teaching certification in Social Sciences from Eastern Illinois University, as well as an endorsement in Education for Individuals with Specific Learning Disabilities from National Louis University.
