Illia Tur

Illia is an experienced consultant in the strategy and operations practice at Burnie Group. He specializes in supporting clients with organizational transformation, change management, and strategy. He has experience working with clients in a range of industries with a focus on financial services, energy, and technology.

Prior to joining Burnie Group, Illia was a Strategy and Operations Consultant at KPMG, delivering projects in both private and public sectors. He also worked as a Financial Services Advisor at CIBC.

Illia’s expertise includes post-merger integrations, designing target operating models, business process modelling, process automation and digitalization, digital and organizational transformation, data analytics, financial modelling, and growth strategy.

Illia earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
