Antay Bilgutay

Antay Bilgutay is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in the arts sector. Currently serving as Major Gifts Officer and previously as Leadership Annual Gifts Officer at The Bushnell since August 2022, Antay has held senior roles in development at various renowned organizations. Key positions include Senior Director of Development at Everyday Democracy, Director of Development at Hartford Stage, and Director of Development at Dallas Theater Center, where major gifts and corporate sponsorship solicitation were primary responsibilities. Antay's earlier roles include Director of Corporate & Foundation Giving at The Guthrie Theater, Development Director at The Loft Literary Center, and Director of Development at Intermedia Arts Minnesota, among others. Antay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Studies and English from Yale University, completed in 1989.
