Russell Stratton

Russell Stratton is the current Director of Building Operations at The Bushnell. Russell has over 20 years of experience in facilities management and has held various executive positions at previous companies. Russell began their career as an account executive at Richco Products and then MassMutual Financial Group before becoming the Associate Director of Environmental Services at Bay Path University. In 2010, they became the Regional General Manager-Suburban-Integrated Facilities Resources at ATALIAN Global Services and then the Executive Vice President at Charter Oak Building Maintenance, Inc. in 2016.

Russell Stratton holds a BSBA in Business Administration from Western New England University and an MBA in Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Russell is also certified by IFMA Boston in CFM.
