Michelle Milam, GBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Business Benefits Group (BBG), a nationally recognized Benefits Brokerage firm specializing in various services. Prior to BBG, Michelle served as the Human Resources Director at Vector Planning & Services, Inc., a small 8a Disadvantaged Government Contractor. Michelle also has experience as an HR Implementation Manager at Employment Traditions and as an HR Generalist at BCN Services. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Western Michigan University.
