Niall Ward is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality assurance and technology consulting. Currently serving as QA Manager at National Lottery (PLI) since November 2016, Niall also functions as a BEX Excellence Baseline Auditor for The Business Excellence Institute since June 2014. Previously, Niall held the position of Senior Technology Consultant at BearingPoint, where responsibilities included leading QA for the BT project involving the Infonova R6 Platform. Niall's extensive experience in software quality assurance was further developed during a long tenure at GTECH, managing testing processes for the National Lottery in Ireland and other international clients. Niall's earlier career includes working as an HVAC Commissioning Engineer at SiBS. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Management from the University of Reading and certification as a Software Testing Professional from the International Institute for Software Testing.
