Oliver Guirdham has a diverse work experience spanning across various market research and intelligence companies. Oliver started their career in 1998 as a Market Researcher at Ipsos. From there, they joined Datamonitor in 2002 and held roles as an Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Project Manager, where they managed a team of up to 10 people. In 2007, they joined GlobalData as a Research Director, leading their research operations and managing significant company growth. Oliver later became the Director of Asia Operations from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they became the Managing Director at The Business Research Company, a global market research company with expertise in various industries. In 2016, they took on the role of Strategic Advisor - Research at Pivotal iQ. Lastly, in 2018, they became the Product Head at Global Market Model.
Oliver Guirdham has a diverse education history. Oliver completed an Accelerated Development Program in Organizational Leadership at London Business School in the year 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in International Management at Royal Holloway, University of London, from 2013 to 2014. In earlier years, Oliver attended The University of Manchester from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Combined Studies with a focus on Humanities. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, they studied at the University of Oxford and earned an Hon Mods degree in History. Additionally, Oliver obtained a Fundamental Certificate in Competitive Intelligence (FCCI™) from the Institute for Competitive Intelligence in August 2014.
