Matt Gilchrist, PMP, serves as Principal in the Homeland Security Sector at The Cadmus Group, where career progression included roles such as Senior Associate, Associate, and Senior Analyst since January 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant to the Director at the Egyptian Press and Information Office from May 2013 to January 2016 and a position as Copyeditor at NOW Lebanon from August 2011 to November 2012. Matt began involvement in research as a Research Intern at the Carnegie Middle East Center in 2010, focusing on the political economy of authoritarian resilience in Egypt and Syria. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Middle East Studies from the Elliott School of International Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science earned from multiple institutions, including the Lebanese American University, Damascus University, the American University of Beirut, and the University of Washington.
