Tania Aria

Tania Aria has over a decade of experience in project management and business development, working with various organizations such as The Cadmus Group, Veezha, Nathan Associates, Pearl Horizon Consulting Services LLC (PHC), Chemonics International, DAI, USAID, Administration Office President, and The World Bank. Tania'sroles have included project director, senior associate, founder, business development manager, business development consultant, senior investment consultant, project manager, regional manager, and program manager. Tania has managed projects valued in the millions, conducted market research, developed technical proposal content, and built relationships with stakeholders. Tania has also implemented initiatives to improve operational infrastructure, increase revenue, and promote economic growth. Tania has a strong background in international development and has contributed to projects focused on women's economic development, trade and investment, and public financial management reform.

Tania Aria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Kabul University, which they obtained between the years 2008 and 2011. Tania also obtained a Diploma in IT (Information Technology) from Rana Institute for Higher Studies during the years 2009 and 2010. In 2013, Tania pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance and Economics at the University of Southampton. In the same year, they also received a Certificate as an Exchange Fellow from Purdue University. Tania has acquired additional certifications, such as "Bill George on Self Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership" from LinkedIn in 2019, and "Federal Acquisition Certification for Contracting Officer’s Representatives (FAC-COR)" from the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI) in 2018.
