Rachel Flores

Rachel Flores is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and operations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at The Cake Bake Shop since September 2022, Rachel previously held the position of Human Resources Generalist II at Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, where responsibilities included overseeing pre-employment activities, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws for a workforce exceeding 500 employees. From April 2008 to September 2016, Rachel served as a Human Resources Specialist in the US Army, managing HR programs and maintaining personnel records for over 1,200 soldiers. Rachel holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
