Laura Hodkinson

Laura Hodkinson has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to 2023. Laura is currently serving as the Group Director of Customer Transformation at The Calico Group. Prior to this, they were the Head of Digital Transformation at Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council from 2019 to 2023. From 2016 to 2019, Laura worked as the Associate Director of IT Change at the University of Bradford, leading a university-wide IT change program. Before that, they held various roles at NG Bailey, including Group Head of Business Change and Head of Business Change, where they led strategic change programs. Laura also has experience working at BAE Systems as an HR Manager and at Xchanging as an HR Graduate and HR Senior Professional.

Laura Hodkinson attended Middlesex University from 1998 to 2001, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Management. Laura then went on to study at Dearne Valley Business School from 2001 to 2004, earning a Diploma in CIPD. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Loughborough University and obtained a Diploma in Leadership.
