Grants and Programs

The Grants and Programs team at The California Community Foundation is responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing the foundation’s various grantmaking activities and community programs. This team works across multiple focus areas including immigration, health, housing, education, economic opportunities, trauma prevention, youth development, arts, and civic engagement. They collaborate to design programs, evaluate grant applications, distribute funds, and ensure the effective use of resources to foster community development and address critical local needs.
