Brian C. attended Fayetteville High School from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained their Diploma in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Afterward, they enrolled at Blinn College from 1986 to 1989, focusing on Political Science and Economics. Alongside their education, Brian C. also obtained various certifications. In 2009, they became an Insurance Agent (Insurance Producer) through the Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions & Professional Registration. In 2014, they achieved their Life and Health Licensed Producer certification, granted by the Texas Department of Insurance. Furthermore, Brian C. obtained their Notary Public certification through the Texas Office of the Secretary of State in the same year. Most recently, in January 2019, they obtained a certification from the Texas Department of Insurance under their name, Brian Cox.
