Paula Bertels began their work experience in 1986 at Martinsburg Bank and Trust, where they held the position of EVP HR/Operations Officer. Paula worked in this role until 2008. In July 2008, they joined The Callaway Bank as SVP Risk Management Officer, where they continue to work to this day.
Paula Bertels has completed an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Data Processing at Truman State University. Paula has also taken part in the Bank Management Program at the Graduate School of Banking Program in Madison, Wisconsin, specializing in banking.
