Matt Egan

Matt Egan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in asset management and business development, currently serving as the Channel & Vendor Partnership Director at The CAM Collective since November 2025. Prior to this role, Egan held various leadership positions at RowCal, including Director of Asset Management and Director of Business Development, from August 2021 to November 2025. Egan also served as Division Vice President and Division Manager at Sentry Management Inc. from April 2018 to February 2021. Earlier in the career, Egan was the President of A&M Properties, LLC, where the company focused on enhancing the operations of community associations through best practices and effective communication. Egan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Iowa, obtained in May 1994.
