Becki Smith

Becki Smith has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Becki is currently serving as the Head of People at The Camping and Caravanning Club, where they provide strategic and tactical guidance to the Senior Leadership Team. Prior to this, Becki held various roles at Coventry University Students' Union, including Director of Union Development and HR and Staff Development Manager. Becki also worked at Henley College Coventry as a Personnel and Payroll Administrator. Becki is a qualified Mental Health Instructor and is passionate about promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Becki Smith attended Coventry College from 2009 to 2010, where they studied HR. In addition to their college education, they have obtained certifications in "Being a Good Mentor" and "Mentoring Others" from LinkedIn in 2020, and the "Mental Health First Aid Instructor" certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2019.
