Ciprian Gligor

Ciprian Gligor currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Canada Infrastructure Bank since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ciprian practiced independently and in association with MT>Align from 2019 to February 2022. Ciprian held significant positions at Child Development Institute from 2013 to 2018, including Vice President and Director on the Foundation Board. At SNC-Lavalin, from 2011 to 2018, Ciprian directed the Legal team for Mergers & Acquisitions and Finance, overseeing compliant operations and significant financial deals across multiple sectors, while also serving as a legal counsel for large-scale infrastructure projects. Ciprian began the legal career as an Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright from 2006 to 2011 after an internship at Royal Bank of Canada. Ciprian holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa, a Double B.A. in Psychology and Anthropology from The University of British Columbia, and has ongoing education at Schulich School of Business, York University.
