Lyndal Wellard-Cole

Lyndal Wellard-Cole is a highly experienced nutrition professional with a robust background in public health research and program implementation. Since April 2010, Lyndal has been serving as a Senior Nutrition Project Officer at Cancer Council NSW, focusing on research related to alcohol, cancer, fast food, food marketing, food labeling, and food policy, with a strong foundation in both quantitative and qualitative studies. Additionally, Lyndal holds the position of Nutrition Project Officer at Frontiers in Nutrition since October 2022 and serves as a Review Editor at The University of Sydney as well as an Adjunct Lecturer. Prior experience includes development and evaluation of health promotion programs in primary schools at Healthy Kids Association and facilitating a family-based weight management group at Northern Sydney Central Coast Area Health Service. Lyndal's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney and a Master's degree in Health Promotion from Deakin University.
