Prithpal J.

Prithpal J. is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in managing IT services and support across various organizations. Currently serving as the Information Technology Services Manager and previously as the Service Desk Manager at Cancer Council NSW since November 2021, Prithpal has honed skills in leadership and customer support. Prior to this role, Prithpal held the position of Service/Helpdesk Manager at Stride Mental Health from May 2018 to November 2021. Earlier career milestones include positions at Aftercare, spanning from Sr. System & Network Administrator to IT Administrator from September 2010 to December 2017, and as a Technology Support Officer at the NSW Department of Education and Communities in 2009-2010. Prithpal holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Delhi University and a Diploma in Exchange Administration and Networking/Project Management from TAFE NSW.
