Terry Deegan

Terry Deegan serves as the Accommodation & Cancer Support Services Coordinator at Cancer Council NSW, a position held since November 2012, responsible for providing cancer information and support services to the Illawarra community. Key responsibilities include overseeing Alkira Lodge, Transport to Treatment, and a Cancer Information Service at the Wollongong Cancer Care Centre. Prior to this role, Terry worked as a Campaign Specialist for Relay For Life, focusing on volunteer program development and organizing a successful learning forum for 150 participants. Additionally, experience as Community Engagement Manager for Southern NSW involved managing regional operations for the organization. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Manager of Events for St George Illawarra Dragons, as well as an internship in events and marketing at i98FM - WIN Corporation Pty Ltd.
