From 1999 to 2003, Andy Petzoldt attended Eastern Michigan University, where they pursued a degree in Network and Information Technology Administration. Their field of study focused on Network and System Administration. Additionally, they hold a certification in ITIL Foundations, although no specific details are available regarding the institution or the date of certification.
