Lori Borgerding

Lori Borgerding, MBA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Director of Revenue Cycle - Patient Access at The Cancer & Hematology Centers. Prior to this, Lori worked at PNC as the Vice President, Operations Senior Manager, where they managed a team of Project Managers for new provider onboarding and led negotiations with payers. Lori also received the 2020 Celent Model Bank Award for technology and achieved significant improvements in cycle time and FTE reduction. Before PNC, Lori held positions at Priority Health, where they served as the Director of Revenue Cycle and was responsible for multiple operational teams and budget management. Lori also held the position of Senior Manager of Business Reporting & Automation, where they achieved substantial savings and implemented workflow automation.
