Colleen Chang is a seasoned entrepreneur and operator currently serving as Co-Founder and COO at Tuuli, where the focus is on helping building developers meet embodied carbon targets through advanced optimization algorithms. Colleen is also an Entrepreneur in the 2023 cohort at NEXT Canada, selected for mentorship and funding to build a groundbreaking venture. As a Fellow in The Cansbridge Fellowship, Colleen participated in a highly selective entrepreneurship bootcamp and is actively involved in a global network of changemakers. Previous experiences include a Product Management Intern role at Poko, where agile workflow improvements were implemented, and leadership positions such as President of Hack4Impact, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at MealCare, and various internships at organizations including the New York Mets, Mamakoo, and Facebook, where skills in community engagement, product development, and market intelligence were honed. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from McGill University and has engaged in an exchange semester at Lund University.
