Moiz Lakhani

Moiz Lakhani is an accomplished individual with extensive experience in research, leadership, and advocacy. As a Fellow at The Cansbridge Fellowship since January 2021, Moiz has been part of a select group of students awarded a $10,000 scholarship for international internship opportunities. Moiz is the CEO/Founder of Ninja Girls, recognized with the Youth Assembly Impact Challenge award by the UN, which provided resources to launch the initiative. Previous roles include Undergraduate Researcher at The Hospital for Sick Children focusing on Stem Cell & Regenerative Biology, Research Assistant with McMaster University, and Regional Impact Coordinator for the Friendship Ambassadors Foundation. Moiz's involvement with the United Nations as a Youth Assembly Delegate highlighted a commitment to sustainable development, collaborating with global organizations on various initiatives. Moiz holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from McMaster University and completed the International Baccalaureate program at Colonel By Secondary School.
