Anthony Trunzo is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Since July 2013, Anthony has held the position of Executive Chef Partner at The Capital Grille, where responsibilities have included culinary leadership and kitchen management. Before this role, Anthony served as a Sous Chef at The Capital Grille. Anthony also has experience as a Sous Chef at Boneworks Grille from July 2011 to May 2012 and began a career in cooking as a Line Cook at Outback Steakhouse from August 2007 to July 2011.
