Gabriela Corrales

Gabriela Corrales is an experienced professional in the hospitality and beverage industry, currently serving as a Service Manager at The Capital Grille since February 2021. Previous roles include Sommelier at Seabourn Cruise Line and several distinguished cruise lines, such as Viking Cruises and Crystal Cruises. Gabriela has also founded MondoDivino, focusing on wine tastings and themed dinners, and held positions in brand management within the beverage sector, demonstrating a strong background in customer service and wine expertise. Gabriela's extensive education in wine and hospitality includes certifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and the Court of Master Sommeliers, among others, culminating in a Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant and Hospitality Management from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
